Cotton Management

Cotton Management Company was founded out of a growing need for crew housing in the West Palm Beach yachting industry. We manage many properties in convenient locations in West Palm Beach and specialize in accommodating yachts through major refits, or yard periods where the crew cannot live onboard.

As our property management company grew, other opportunities and talents began to emerge. For example, we are constantly approached to discuss and consult on short-term rental investments in South Florida, especially the West Palm Northwood Neighborhood.  After we had coached numerous buyers into great, cash-flowing properties (which we now manage and handle all the work), we decided to bring a licensed realtor on staff.  As a result, we are better able to serve our clients as they make the decision to buy an investment property or even their dream home.
